How to play Impossible Mission?

1. Choose your location
Play Impossible Mission in any city or town of your choice. Your city, your mission. (Suitable for players aged 14 and up; from 12 years with supervision.)
2. Flexible start time
No fixed schedules,play whenever it suits your team best. Maximum flexibility for your adventure.
3. Team setup
Play as a single team or challenge each other in multiple teams. Ideal for both small and large groups.
4. Preparation

Download the free app (one per team), choose a unique team name, enter the game code, print (or keep it digital) and bring the classified case file for easy gameplay!

5. Your mission
Find and defuse the dangerous cyber bomb within 120 minutes to prevent the city from falling into total chaos.
6. Gameplay
Navigate through the streets, decipher cryptic clues, gather information, complete creative photo tasks and solve challenging puzzles.

FAQ Impossible Mission

How many people play in one team?

We recommend playing in teams of 2 to 6 people.

Where can you play Impossible Mission?

Impossible Mission can be played in any city, town, or neighbourhood of your choice. Make sure that the location is larger than 5000 m2 and consists of multiple streets. A forest is unsuitable due to low mobile coverage.

When ordering, you can enter your preferred location. For example you choose Amsterdam? Then we will set the game in the city center by default. Would you prefer a different location in Amsterdam? No problem! Mention it under ‘Location’ in the order notes, and we’ll arrange it! Feel free to contact us by e-mail or telephone!

From what age can you play impossible mission?

Impossible Mission is suitable for ages 14 and up without supervision and from 12 years old with adult supervision.

For children under 12, the game can still be fun to experience, but adults will likely solve most of the puzzles. Please consider whether the theme is appropriate for younger children.

What's the playing time of Impossible Mission?

Impossible Mission last 120 minutes by default. Want to play longer? Call or email us before you start, and we’ll extend the time. We offer this service for free!

What do we need to play?

Per team you need one charged smartphone with mobile internet (4G/5G) and your GPS location must enabled. Install the free app in advance via the App Store or Google Play, you will receive the link together with your unique game code in the confirmation email.

Important: Turn WiFi off and mobile data on otherwise the game will not work properly.

And don’t forget: a good sense of humor and at least one puzzle genius in your team help!

Until when is the game code valid?

Your game time will only start when you press start. Until then, your game code is still valid.

What if we experience technical issues during the game?

It is very rare that someone experiences technical problems. First check if you have turned off your WiFi and your mobile data and GPS location on your phone!

In which languages can you play Impossible Mission?

You can play Impossible Mission in Dutch or in English!

Do I need a printer?

We recommend printing the secret case file to bring along during the game. It makes solving the puzzles easier and more enjoyable than using the digital version alone.
